Fox Theatre has one main entrance; any delay at check-in would cascade into session backlogs and a poor first impression.
umoh turned those pain points into a single, data-driven workflow.
When a ticket was purchased, Umoh automatically created the attendee’s profile and QR code, consolidating all data in one place.
“Business-Matching Mode” used AI recommendations so guests could request or accept meetings with a couple of taps—no emails or manual calendar juggling.
At the venue, four QR kiosks enabled self check-in, while a live dashboard let staff monitor crowd flow and matchmaking progress in real time.
